DESIGN STAGE
Taking the clients instructions and preparing the conceptual design
Modify the conceptual designs incorporating required changes and
prepare the preliminary drawings for clients approval.
After clients approval prepare all the necessary drawings required for
the approval as per the prevailing norms of the authorities .
APPROVAL STAGE
Get the project approved on behalf of client from the concerned
authorities as per the specified conditions.
After the basic approval from the concerned authorities Prepare the
elevation of the building.
Preparing all the basic architectural working drawings as per the
approved plans and elevation.
CONSTRUCTION STAGE
Prepare and issue working drawings and details for proper execution of
works during construction.
On site demarcation of proposed building (setting out)
Checking of c-line as per the c-line drawings
Guide the contractor throughout the process of construction.
Checking of each slab at the time of shuttering process.
Approve samples of various elements and materials
Keep the client informed regarding the process of construction and if
any changes has to be done as per the site condition.
Site visit at various stages of the construction.
