This document describes iTREC, a GPS-based travel time survey software package. Some key points: - iTREC was developed in 2000 and is widely used by government agencies and transportation professionals to collect and analyze travel time and speed data. - Compared to traditional methods, iTREC allows one person to collect accurate data using a GPS device alone, saving time and labor costs.
