3. • A Long Range Plan identifies and prioritizes natural resource concerns in the
community.
• NRCS works with partners to develop local FCAs to help implement
conservation practices that address these resource concerns.
• NRCS hosts Local Work Group (LWG) meetings at the district level, where
local agricultural producers, landowners, conservation partners and other
members of the community discuss the natural resource needs for the district.
