2. ALWAYS USE THE RIGHT TONE!!!!!!!
 When you are sending an email you want the
reader to make sure what kind of tone you are
using. Especially all caps, it means that you are
shouting.

3. USE THE CORRECT SPELLING OR GRAMMAR
 If,,,you,,can’’’tt,…make the message,,,,,,,,,clear
and/??// correctly ,,..!! Punctuated..’’,,,,, then
think..’’of something.. Else to ??/ say…

4. MAKE SURE WHAT U SAY IS’NT OFFENSIVE TO
ANYBODY
 Words you say should always be what you would
want Jesus to hear.

5. MAKE SURE YOU KNOW WHO YOU SEND IT TO
 Make sure the person you are sending your e-mail
to you know and are comfortable with.

6. PLZ DNT USE TXT LANGO
 If u r txting spking lke u r txting thn txt it not email it.

7. DON’T FORWARD
 Don’t forward all of the useless emails to your boss
or people of high authority.

8. DON’T STEAL INFORMATION THAT ISNT YOURS
 If someone else has a brilliant idea, it is theirs not
yours.

9. DON’T WRITE INAPPROPRIATE THINGS
 Don’t write anything you wouldn’t want Jesus to
see.

10. PROOFREAD
 If you want to look like you cant spell then do not
proofread.

11. BE REALLY NICE AND KIND TO PEOPLE
ONLINE.
 Make sure what you are saying will bring people up
rather than bring them down.
