On Conscious Evolution
 Everything is connected
 The self as system
Evolution, by definition, is full of possibility
To transform oneself, there must be
 movement
 The role of feedback loops
 Consciousness: The ability to choose

                                                    5
On Awareness
 Possibilities: Origin is ever present
The dance of life: We are predisposed to

Dualities and finding the middle way: We

 Awareness: Consciousness is “wakeful

 Process: Conscious living requires stability
of support systems and our awareness of
 them

On Co-Creation
Who is looking at the universe?
How is the universe being actualized?

The answer comes full circle.
We are actualizing the universe.
Since we are part of the universe,
that makes the universe (and us) self-
actualizing.
The Dancing Wu Li Masters: An Overview of the
                  New Physics, by Gary Zukav

                                                 8
The Secret of Happiness
                pp
Recognize that happiness is a process
   Know who you are
               y
Know what you want to accomplish
   Maintain a positive focus
   Be flexible
   Meditate
   Learn to forgive
   Do what you love!!!!!
   Get busy
   Practice continuous reinvention
   Be of service to others

NOTE: Life is not a dress rehearsal!

                                           9
Importance of Process
  p
 Elevates personal vibration
 Helps imagine positive life outcomes
 Maintains focus over time
 Enables “flow”
 Facilitates the management of conflict
 Enables “individual fitness,” leading to
 decisions which positively impact society

                                             10
Meta-Process
Meta Process
  Raise your vibration: What
  makes you unique?
  Identify your life’s mission:
  Why are you here?
Set goals: What do you want
  to accomplish?
  Process: Create the habit of
  setting and monitoring your
  goals on a regular basis
  Act!
  A t!

                                  11
What Makes You Unique?
 What do you like to
 do?
 What don’t you like to
 do?
 What do you do well?
 What don’t you do
 well?
 What gives you joy?

                          12
What do you like to do?
        y

  These are tasks that
  you enjoy doing but
             doing,
  they may not be tasks
  that you want to do
        y
  all the time.

                          13
What don’t you like to do?
     don t

If you never have to do
  these tasks again, it will
               g ,
  be too soon.
  Doing these tasks
      g
  creates internal tension
  and stress.

                               14
What do you do well?

  You don’t necessarily
  love to do these tasks,
  but they are easy for
  you.
  Many people look to
  you to do these tasks,
  because they know they
  will be done right.

                            15
What don’t you do well?
           y

   There will always be
   someone else who
   can d these tasks
       do th t k
   better than you.
   When
   Wh you try to d
              t t do
   them you feel anxiety
   and frustration.
       frustration

                           16
What gives you joy?
  What is your “Fire in
                Fire
  the belly?”
  These things energize
  you.
You can do this all day
  and never get tired.
You can’t wait to get up
      can t
and do it all again the
  next day.

                             17
Identify Your Life’s Mission
       y
Imagine your own funeral. What are people
saying about you? Make a bulleted list.
    i b t ?M k b ll t d li t
From the bulleted list write your mission
 statement completing th statement: “M
  t t t l ti the t t t “My
 mission is to …”
Keep you mission statement t no more
 K i i t t t to
 than two sentences long.

                                             18
Who are You?
Make a list of the roles you play in your life
Don’t forget to put “self” at the top of the
 list
Come up with 4 or 5 categories for your
 roles. For example:
   Personal
   P l
   Home
   Work
   Professional Development
   Volunteer Work

                                                  19
What are Your Lifetime Goals
Make a list of what you want to accomplish
 in
i your life time for each of the roles you
          lif ti f h f th l
 identified by category
 Think bi
Thi k big—without attribution or restriction
ith t tt ib ti t i ti
Remember, what is realistic to you is
 different f

 else

                                                20
Develop Your Plan
      p
For each lifetime goal, answer the following
 questions:
What do you have to do in 10 years to reach
   your lifetime goal?
What do you have to do in 5 years to reach your
   10-year goals?
What do you have to do in 3 years to reach your
   5-year goals?
What do you have to do this year to reach your
   3-year goals?
What do you have to do in 6 months to reach
   your 1-year goals?

                                                       21
Develop Your Plan (continued)
      p ( )
At this point you have a to-do list for the
 next six months

        6 month
What do you have to do this week to reach your
   1-month goals?

   week goals?

                                                    22
What if you are not linear?
         Mind Map It!
Draw

 collage; use color; mak your

           own rules!

Life’s journey is NOT
to arrive at the grave safely in a
       well-preserved body…
       well preserved body
         but rather to skid in
sideways, totally worn out, shouting
    “WOW! WHAT A RIDE!!!”
