Workshop for the State Commission for Supervision of Public Procurement Procedures. This workshop is delivered at the request of the State Commission. It focuses on particular practical issues and questions which the State Commission faces in its work. The workshop is structured around case-studies based on decisions of the Court of Justice of the European Union (CJEU). The case studies provide an insight into approach of the CJEU. They are a starting point for discussions on how to tackle these questions at a national level in the light of CJEU decisions.
