Hydrogen service. Three types of compressors for different purposes.
• Responsibilities - Preparing technical specifications, inputs to different departments, carrying
out design calculations and design reviews, inputs to purchase during execution.
M/S. OPAL - 2 X 360 KTPA LLDPE/ HDPE SWING UNIT
• This project is to to set-up a grass root Petrochemical complex based on dual feed i.e.,
C2/C3/C4 & Naphtha at Dahej special Economic Zone (SEZ), Gujarat.
• The scope of work consists of detail design of a Nitrogen gas compressor, 3 stages.
• Responsibilities - Preparing technical specifications, inputs to different departments, carrying
out design calculations and design reviews, inputs to purchase during execution and
technical bid evaluations.
Pulsation Study of reciprocating compressors (GAIL, Gandhar)
• This project is for the pulsation of reciprocating compressors when one compressor is being
re - installed from one place to another. The combined pulsation study was carried out.
• The scope of work consist of collecting data, refer P&IDs for both already installed and re
installed compressor and perform the pulsation study analysis from the vendor.
• Responsibilities – Collect the data from site visit, places where new compressor is to be
installed. Mechanical analysis in order to provide the correct place of supports to the pipes
etc.
FCCU and PRU Revamp (IOCL – Mathura & Panipat)
• This project is for the unloading purpose.
• The scope of work consists of detail design of a propylene gas compressor.
• Responsibilities – Preparing technical specifications, inputs to different departments, carrying
out design calculations and design reviews, inputs to purchase during execution and
technical bid evaluations.

(APGCL-Assam)
• The scope of work consists of detail design of a gas booster compressor.
• Responsibilities – Preparing technical specifications, inputs to different departments, carrying
out design calculations and design reviews, inputs to purchase during execution and
technical bid evaluations.
Euro-4 Project for CPCL, Chennai.
• This is a refinery set up for Euro –IV project.
• The scope of work consists of detail design of a 3 types of compressors – Make up Gas
compressor, Off gas compressor and Recycle gas compressor.
• Responsibilities – Preparing technical specifications, inputs to different departments, carrying
out design calculations and design reviews, inputs to purchase during execution and
technical bid evaluations.
Condensate Stabilization Unit for GSPC, Andhra Pradesh.
• This is 776 TPD (slug catcher, GSU & DPDU Condensate).
• The scope of work consists of detail design of a 3 stage compressor.
