2. The lodge at 9,200ft on the open range that used be known as "Elk Lodge" till the "K" fell off. Over
the years it's also been known as "Walton's Mountain" and "Tejas Mountain Lodge". This property
is 22 acres within the Carson National Forest about 30 mi SE of Taos at 9,200ft elevation on a high
plateau of rich grazing pasture originally built as a 3-season hunting and fishing camp in the late 1940's.
Primarily a solopreneur startup with a solid backup team I hope to renovate the existing buildings then
convert them to nightly rentals and quadruple the revenue overnight then reinvest those profits into
adding glamping sites and refurbishing the horse facility to establish a 501c3 Equestrian program. I also
intend to make it a 4-season resort having only been booked during ski season with Sipapu Ski area
just 7 miles down the highway buy bringing the fishing pond back to life and creating summer events.

believe in an unlawful and malicious act which we intend on letting the courts decide if there should
be a criminal investigation conducted or not. Remember, "they" started the fire now "they" have totally
rejected all claims from Taos County Residents some of whom suffered greatly as a result of their
negligence and we humbly ask support from our neighboring communities who were affected even
worse than we were. We do not intend to diminish your losses and compensation at all and would hope
that you can stand with and support us in ours. The fire did not respect the political boundary set by
FEMA so we do not either!
