he root of all „ism‟-s is
„Existentialism‟, because if there is
no existence, ism doesn‟t exist.
Now the point is – we look for different politi-
cal structures, economic system for making
our society and state better to provide more
comfort, freedom and prosperity.
Since the beginning such efforts are being
taken by the social thinkers,
leaders, reformers. Many polit-
ical, sociological, economic
theories have been evolved in
these exercises and some of
those got lots of popularity for
a limited period of time.
Side by side ideological con-
tradictions among those do
persist, which often get transformed into hos-
tility and sometimes also into war. In the past
and present we had seen conflicts between
Capitalism and Communism, Socialism vers-
es Nazism, Democracy with Autocracy, and
so on. In reality one idea gets developed on
the backdrop of the shortcomings of the pre-
sent thought. Again, that idea is replaced by
another ideology and it continues.
In fact, all of these don‟t provide everlasting
solution, because behind these solutions
there is no Seer Man – who could
see far beyond, guide and find out the inner
cause of the problems. In this dilemma a
new light of hope has come up where possi-
tives of the past have been blended with
present modernity and rationality. The hope
is “Indoaryan Existentialism” – the solution-
maker of all so-called conflicts and path-
finder of making a divine world order.
In Indian context the model
is Indo-Aryan Socialism or
Indo Aryan Soviet Socialist
Republic (IASSR). There is
no scope of exploitation no
slavery, no bourgeoisie no
proletariat, no autocracy no
subjugation, no unemploy-
ment no poverty, no com-
munalism no useless religious practice; but
it stands on people's efficiency. This system
makes each family as - a definite center of
development of efficient human resource,
foundation of industry, scientific culture and
man making education. This is not a poetic
dream or pseudo idea, but has a strong
scientific foundation with Seer‟s leadership.
Hence Seers all-fulfilling leadership, nur-
tures everyone according to distinctiveness
and unites. This goes to lay foundation of
divine world order i.e. Aryan Communism !!!

together, hence all were interdependent to
progress. Now practicing the same job for
the existential cause (with love) through
generations, the practice became a heredi-
tary or genetic asset.
This system at first was de-
fined by the Aryan Seers
as four „Varnas‟ such as
Bipra, Kashtriya,
Vaishya and Sudra; and
in Varnashram everyone
was to be promote bio-
psychically into Brahmin.
Now on the necessity of this
division, more efficient workers
were needed. Out of long experiences they
found that - selective matching of male and
female only procuring better offspring to
fulfill the purpose. So for the systematic
social progress. So they introduced a mar-
riage-system, where random-selection was
restricted. Specially girls were taught to
select always qualitatively better male part-
ner to be a mother of higher quality of child.
So, the scientific spirit of Varnashram is a
natural phenomenon of evolution and it is
equally important in modern times for equi-
table Global socio-economic management
and sustainable humanitarian progress.
VVarnashram is one of the most con-
troversial issues in the modern
society. It is being presented that
„this system was made by some clever self-
ish group of people to dominate others
to be privileged.‟ Often this is
called as ‟caste system‟ and
constitutionally it is rejected
as the darker side of so-
cial progress !!!
However, the result what
research work revealed is
an absolutely shaking. The
work proves that this was not
at all man made, rather it was
evolved everywhere in the very early stage of
human societies, during the period of trans-
formation of sub-man into social man.
Division of labour or specialization of work
was becoming necessary due to better social
management, while human society was taking
its shape. And this selection of trade was an
absolutely free choice. So different people
were choosing different trades according to
their own inner affinity or biological (genetic)
trait. Thus society was divided into four groups
those were: Intellectual, Managerial, Com-
mercial and Physical divisions of labour.
Secondly, all the groups were strongly bonded

And in the array of variety,
each element has a unique
and indispensible role to maintain the
ecological balance of the universal
system. This variation is present every-
where. Even within the same category
of species we find the variations in
tigers, mangoes, rice, rose, etc.
Varieties of organs, limbs, nervous sys-
tem, the brain and all of human body
work together as an excellent harmonic
organization. But if these are arranged
according to its‟ work potentials, then
brain will be ranked at the superior.
Similarly best-person or most efficient-
man is selected for the leadership or
inchargeship.
Similarly as far as the gradation of
human resource is concerned, supe-
rior quality is always posted at the high-
er position in every aspect of social
management. The characteristics of
biological superiorities are:
“Admiration for superior, Will pow-
er, Adherence, Tendency towards
unity, Presence of mind, Sympathy,
Power of resistance, Cautious in-
quisitiveness, Intelligence.” These
can‟t be developed only by education
and environmental conditions, but it
stands on genetic potentials also. Truly
one becomes efficient and absorbs
knowledge from around, by his native-
bent, that is his inner biological or ge-
netic mechanism.
As Netaji Subhash Chandra Bose is
one of the greatest Indian leaders.
None but his above said superior impul-
sive biological qualities were effulged
by social impulse and he headed on.
Surprisingly in modern society, there is
no program to generate superior poten-
tials. We only nurture those inborn bio-
logical characters. So, we must take it
seriously and superior inborn man mak-
ing is possible by „selective breeding‟ or
marriage on psychogenic compatibility
of female-male. That only can transform
the World into Divine Communism.
