As a Service Design Consultant, I bring 15 years
experience working across a range of industries in the
public and private sector.
I partner with Executives on Service Design programmes
that address critical business problems with strategic
multi-channel design opportunities. I believe in
championing the needs of users and providers of
services to generate ideas that can be prototyped.
I also coach new Service Designers, entrepreneurs or
teams growing an internal programme.
