Good service design moves with people. That means that the research to inform the design also needs to keep up with people as they go through the rhythms of daily life. This talk unpacks the benefits of using digital cultural probes to track activities in real-time and document gaps between what people say and do — all while making it less burdensome and more natural for people to share their experiences with us.
