    In RNC, the counters related to traffic can be divided into:

        Traffic.Load.RNC

        RB.RNC

        AMR.RNC

    Traffic.Load.RNC
       AMR Erlang:
         − VS.CSLoad.Erlang.Equiv.RNC

         − The RNC periodically takes the samples of the equivalent Erlang values of all services in the
           CS domain. At the end of the measurement period, the RNC calculates the average sample

       PS DL traffic:
         − VS.PSLoad.DLThruput.RNC

         − The RNC periodically takes the samples of the downlink traffic values (in kbit/s) of all services
           in the PS domain. At the end of the measurement period, the RNC calculates the average
           sample

       PS UL traffic:
         − VS.PSLoad.ULThruput.RNC

         − The RNC periodically takes the samples of the uplink traffic values (in kbit/s) of all services in
           the PS domain. At the end of the measurement period, the RNC calculates the average

           sample.

             − The RNC periodically takes a sample of the number of RBs about CS domain at
                each of the UL and DL rates. At the end of the measurement period, the RNC
                divides the sum of the numbers of RBs at one bit rate by the number of samples to
                get the average number

             This traffic measurement is for Iub interface

             The measurement value can be based on:

              − Common transport channel

                   ▪ FACH, RACH,PCH

              − Dedicate transport channel

                   ▪ Based on different Qos

             These value are total traffic throughput on Iub Interface

             The unit is Byte

                  RBs with different bit rates. At the end of the measurement period, the RNC

              − The RNC periodically takes a sample of the number of UEs in CELL_HSDPA state.
                 At the end of the measurement period, the RNC calculates the sample average

             Mean Throughput of Mac-d flows (Cell)
              − VS.HSDPA.MeanChThroughput

              − When a HSDPA cell transmits data, the RNC measures the times (in millisecond)
                 per Mac-d flow send data and number of bytes transmitted. At the end of the
                 measurement period, the RNC divides the number of total bits by the times per
                 Mac-d flow send data to obtain the mean throughput.

              − When a HSDPA cell transmits data, the RNC measures the number of bytes
                 transmitted

             Mean number of Mac-d flows (Cell)
              − VS.HSDPA.MACD.Mean.Cell

              − This is a gauge acquired value that represents the time averaged observed value
                 of the number of MACD flows on a per cell basis. This gauge variable is such that
                 the SRNC increments its value when it instantiates a Mac-d flow and decrements
                 its value when a Mac-d flow is deleted

At the end of the measurement period, the RNC calculates the average sample PS DL traffic: − VS.PSLoad.DLThruput.RNC − The RNC periodically takes the samples of the downlink traffic values (in kbit/s) of all services in the PS domain.
