BELLSONICA AUTO COMPONENT INDIA LTD. IMT Manesar (Hr.). A joint venture of MARUTI SUZUKI LTD. Reputed
supplier of sheet metal parts to Suzuki from last 55 years in Japan & same set up in India also for future Maruti Suzuki
car models. It is a leading group in sheet metal components assembly & manufacturing body and chassis parts for
passenger vehicle like Frt. MBR, Rear MBR, Frt. Bumper, Frt. and Rear door hinge & brake pedal, clutch, suspension arm
and accelerator assembly. Use of small tandem press shop - 80T-160T (make ISGEC &CHING FONG -15 No’s), Heavy
press tandem line - 300T-1000T (make ISGEC – 13 No’s), Two blanking & progressive press -300T (make KOMATSU).
1600 T & 2500 T Transfer press (make KOMATSU). EOT cranes (6 No’s) Robotic weld shop (arc, spot)
Job Responsibilities
• Overall responsibility of press shop-like- Production planning, manpower management, safety, quality, 5 S.
• Managerial capability to manage shop floor ( more than 250 m/p or 10 Engineer)
• Analysis of production target v/s actual (SPH).
• Ensuring stock inventory and try to reduce the level of inventory.
• Analysis & taking countermeasure against quality defects, rejection, rework.
• Training to subordinates regarding safety, quality & productivity.
• Conducting quality circle meetings for improvements.
• Ensure all check sheet filled properly or not.

SATYAM AUTO COMPONENT LTD. IMT MANESAR, (A Hero Group Company).Turnover is 600 cr. Accredited with ISO/TS
16949. Engaged in manufacturing of sheet metal components & tubular frame making, use of heavy tandem press shop
– 350 T to 500 T ( Make Fonyu and Aida – 06 No’s). Weld shop, CNC pipe bending and light press shop (mechanical &
hydraulic, range from 30T to 250T, 18 No’s), fuel tank assembly line.
Job Responsibilities
 Responsibility of PRESS SHOP like –Production planning, production, quality, tool trial, production posting, dispatch,
manpower planning.
 Achieving targets of press shop, tube section, die maintenance.
 Motivating, educating and imparting comprehensive training to the workman for creating awareness for quality, 5S,
productivity, industrial safety & rejection.

3. Production Management:
 Productivity improvement and eliminating non–value added activities by focusing on kaizen activities.
 To find out press operation defects & takes appropriate counter measures.
 Managing overall operations with a view to ensure timely accomplishment of production targets within the time and
