Job Responsibilities
• Overall responsibility of press shop-like- Production planning, manpower management, safety, quality, 5 S.
• Managerial capability to manage shop floor ( more than 250 m/p or 10 Engineer)
• Analysis of production target v/s actual (SPH).
• Ensuring stock inventory and try to reduce the level of inventory.
• Analysis & taking countermeasure against quality defects, rejection, rework.
• Training to subordinates regarding safety, quality & productivity.
