DESCRIPTION
The Side Slip Aligners make a quick and efficient verification of the geometry of the front and back axles of
the different vehicles checked.
The system consists of a platform to pass the wheels on the driver´s to register side slip measures on the different
axles lup to 9 axles per vehicle, and a computer cabinet able to memorize the measurements of the checked axles,
comparing them within accpeted predefined maximum margins in m/km. programmed in the computer. The 19’’ TFT
screen also shows graphialy in deviation is positive (convergent) or negative (divergent).

DESCRIPTION
The RYME Brake Tester is a very suitable system for checking the state of the brakes of motorbikes allo-
wing loads up to 1000 Kg.The measurement of the braking force is obtained from an electric signal produced by
an extensiometric gauge to the data acqusition system drivenby a microprocessor.
The system consists of a frame with a roller coated in weld which assures a good adherence of the tyres
even in adverse conditions.The frame includes safety systems which detect the presence of the motorbike during

The Portable RYME ´s Braketester for motorcycles is a modular and detachable system adapted for inspec-
tions of the system of brakes “in situ”.
The measure force measured from brakes is obtained through the electrical signs provided from a extensiometric gauge

DESCRIPTION
The brake tester FRQ NET has been developed and designed to test all kind of light vehicles, from cars to
quad/ATV, micro cars and motorbikes/scooters.
The brake tester FRQ NET has been developed and designed to test all kind of light and medium size vehi-
cles, from vans, cars to quad/ATV, micro cars, motorbikes/scooters.
The main target of the universal brake tester is to make a quick and efficient analysis of the state of the braking control
in the vehicle, measuring its maximum braking with accuracy in each of its axles, both the test brake and the hand
brake and emergency brake, as well as the ovality of the discs and drums of the braking system. It optionally incorpo-
rates a weight bridge to know the vehicle´s weight in order to be able to calculate the braking efficiency.
The system is composed by a chassis covered in weld that guarantees a good adherence of the tyres even in adverse
conditions, being equipped with load cells and extensiometric gages for the measurement of the braking effort and of
the vehicle·s weight.The chassis comes with independient motors to drive the rollers. It also includes safety systems
which detect the pressence of the vehicle during the test and the loss of adherence of the tyres when measuring.
A computer controls all the measuring system and the functioning of the machine. The control can be made by using
the keyboard or by remote control. The data visualization is graphic and numeric and inclusive through pointers. The
indication is independent for each wheel and the braking range is from 0 to 6 KN.

DESCRIPTION
The brake tester for light and medium size vehicles is designed to support loads from 4 up to 8 Tn. per
axle depending on the model, and its main objective is a quick and efficient verification of the state of the
vehicle braking control, measuring with accuracy the maximum braking in the front and backaxles, hand-
brake as well as the ovality of the discs and drums of the braking system.
The system consists of a chassis covered in weld which assures a perfect adherence of the tyres even in
adverse conditions, and it also is equipped with extensiometric gages for the measuring of the braking
effort.
A computer controls all the measuring system and the functioning of the machine. The control can be made by using
the keyboard or by remote control. The data visualitation is graphic and numeric and inclusive through pointers. The
indication is independent for each wheel and the braking range is from 0 to 6 KN.

SUSPENSION BENCH

DESCRIPTION
The Suspension Bench for testing vehicles is designed to support loads up to 2.500 Kg., and its main objective is to
make a quick and efficient analysis of the suspension of the vehicle. The test is done by measuring the wheels of
each axle individually, using the EUSAMA method. Designed and made with the exclusive system “perfect fit”.
The chassis comes with safety systems which detect the presence of the vehicle during the test which is
done when the measuring platforms detect a configurable minimum weight.
A computer controls al the measuring system and the functioning of the machine. The control can be made by means
of keyboard, a mouse or a remote control. The visualitation of results is graphic and numeric and it shows the effecti-
veness of the suspension independently in each wheel and at the same time the difference of effectiveness in percen-
tage between both wheels.
Oscillation between 25 Hz and 0 Hz by means of powerfull 3 Kw engines, simulating real road conditions to

The TOTALINE III Generación is a new system with which we can carry out different tests on a vehicle with
a single machine and a single program, reducing the time for doing the tests.
