Meanwhile, our Redline cured-in-place pipe restoration system
is a non-invasive, long-term solution to corrosion and pin-holes.

TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS
Our Blueline product is custom made from Texcel®
geotextiles felt. This is a new generation of nonwoven
staple fibre geotextiles. Manufactured from either
Polyester and/or Polypropylene fibres, they have a
unique staple fibre blend and an inbuilt flexibility to allow
Engineers to specify mechanical and hydraulic criteria to
suit tough Australian conditions.
Our liner is impregnated with specially formulated two
part epoxy resin that sets hard in a matter of hours
allowing minimal disruption and inconvenience. These are
manufactured at our factory in Australia from imported
ingredients.

• In pressurized pipe systems, the epoxy lining
withstands the psi rate of the host pipe.
• Will tolerate and negotiate multiple 45 and 90
degree bends
• Prevents corrosion and pinhole leaks
The cause of the problem is identified through water
pressure tests and water flow tests, once this is
completed the pipe system is traced. To prepare the pipe
system for Redline, the pipes are blasted with garnet
until the pipe is clear of any corrosion. Once this has been
completed, epoxy is blown into cleaned pipes, forming
a safe, evenly coated permanent barrier between pipe
walls and the product in the pipe. This prevents future
corrosion and pinhole leaks forming.
