I have always been fascinated by what makes people tick, and what makes them perform optimally. I have also been frustrated at the slow pace of change when it comes to education and learning. As a result, I joined forces with my brother Dayne to create a learning consultancy, Hi-Performance Learning, that aimed to push the boundaries of organizational learning. I also enrolled for my Masters in Industrial Psychology, and focused my dissertation on adult learning in technology. With Hi-Performance Learning (HPL) we were able to innovate using e-learning, gamification and expert systems. We halved learning times and improved performance .
