Superintendent
 I have worked independently and served as the lead representative for The Cone Group maintaining
schedules, coordinating subcontractors, maintaining discipline, safety, record keeping and insuring quality
workmanship on the following projects. Seventeen bank and credit Union projects ranging in value from .5
million to 2 million. Twelve of these were new construction and five were renovations. Construction projects
at three Universities ranging in value from 3 million to 5.5 million. Arkansas State University at Newport;
3.3million new construction of a 150,000 sq. ft. student center. Harding University; 2 dormitory renovations.
University of Arkansas at Monticello AR.; 8,000 sq. ft. addition and two renovations valued at 5.5 million. Two
church additions approximately 2 million each.

Manager/ Contract labor
Managed and renovated the following projects at the Stuttgart and Dewitt campuses. Bookstore, office, computer lab
Stuttgart. Kitchen and community center at Dewitt.

 PCCUA campus 7.4 million new construction at Stuttgart. Contractor Wilkins Construction; Observed the
work to insure the job was built according to the contract documents and of the quality expected by the U of
A Systems. Kept asbuilt records for the Architect and owner. I had the authority to reject inferior work or
materials. Prepared punch lists.

Superintendent
 Hired on as carpenter and worked up to Superintendent. Jobs of note are as follows; 93-94 Clarksdale
Hospital MS. Prenatal unit shell in 3 million. Promoted to Foreman. Delta Inn addition 40 rooms. Worked as
Assistant Superintendent. 94-95 Hoffinger Industries Inc. 100,000 sq. ft. addition 1 million. Worked as
Superintendent. 95- Helena chemical addition 5,000 sq. ft. addition. Alumax Inc. new plant 110,000 sq. ft.
cost unknown. Blackhawk office additions. 96-97- Pillow Thompson House phase three restoration valued at
1.3 million. 97- Delta Cultural Center renovation valued at 1 million.
