formulas and VBA Macros and building Creative and autonomous PowerPoint
presentation.

Project: Leakage Tree Analyzer (Sales and Customer Leakage Analysis)
Client: Symphony IRI Group (American Greetings)
Business Development and Management for Leakage Tree Analyzer
Leakage Tree Analyzer project is an automated dashboard created for the better
understanding at client end on sales trends of their products based on customer
loyalty and trip size as per various geographies. The sales data is retrieved from
the IRI database and further manipulated as per the requirement under Citrix and
Liquid data tools and various analysis using ACV distribution and Pricing
techniques are performed and the end user dashboard is created using Advanced
Excel.
Lean Six Sigma Project
The dashboard was automated for recurring/top line reports using Lean Six Sigma
techniques like Jidoka and 5s which reduced manual work by 70% and reduced
cost by 30%. This Analyzer was appreciated and approved by Client for all the
weekly leakage tree analysis reports.
Responsibilities:
 Connecting the ILD tool on Citrix to get the latest updated sales data.
 Generating product details from QS3 tool as per customize geographies.
 Collating and merging the sales data to the trips data.
 Generating a report based on customized geographies to analyze the leakage
of sale and customers in those geographies and analyzing the outliers.
 Comparing the trends with the previous time slots and generating the report
based on WOW and LFL pattern.
 Doing various statistical and Analytical studies on this data to get the outliers
and report it to the client with the logical reason behind those and come up
with areas of growth by applying ACV distribution and Pricing techniques.
 Creating dashboard on MS Excel and PPT and deliver it to clients with the
analysis made on it.
 Handling the Client requirements end to end.
