great way to save money.
The more you save the
more you can splurge on
little details that can
attract buyers.

4. WHAT
PLUMBING
WORK IS
NEEDED?
If you are planning on ripping
out the old floor and the walls
are damaged, then it could be
smart to work on the plumbing.
If everything is in good shape
then discuss options with the
current plumbing.

5. HOW MUCH
SPACE DO
YOU HAVE?
Before you begin installing a new
tub, shower stall, and a large
counter top, I’d recommend that
you make a few measurements to
really see how much space you
have to work with.A bathroom
that is cramped, can be a turn-off
for potential buyers.
