interfacing with all levels of internal & external customers. Chaparral Steel was the second largest supplier of structural
steel in North America with revenues approaching $2.6 Billion. The Company was acquired by Gerdau Ameristeel Corp
for $4.2 billion in September 2007 after a successful spin off from TXI in 2005. Operated under the symbol “CHAP” on
the NASDAQ Exchange, Chaparral was selected as one of the 100 Best Corporate Citizens in America by Business Ethics
