have a minimum of 16 hours of
CPD training to stay current
with their industry
How to Engage Our Services
1. Initial Contact and Brief
We engage with the client organisation and the client
advises us what their project / business requires
2. Project Scope Assessment
A Project Manager will go to the client to carry out a needs
assessment for the business / organisation
3. Proposed Project Plan
The project manager will then assemble a team of consultants and will draft a proposal
on how Perspectives will Add Value to the business / organisation as they address the
need highlighted. The proposal will sight the project team that will be assembled to
deliver the project (including their full profiles including qualifications and experience)
4. Project Plan sign off
The Project Manager and the client will discuss the proposed project plan and on
agreement the client will sign off on the plan and agree to a fee for the work then sign a
contract of engagement with Perspectives and pay a deposit
5. Project Initiation
At each stage of the project development the client will be given a report on progress
until completion.
6. Project Completion
Once the project is complete according to the scope of the plan, sign off by the client
and the balance of the fee is paid.
7.Post Project Evaluation
A management Consultant will review work done and interview client the to ascertain
how the working relationship went and how we can improve for future projects
8. Close Out
The post project evaluation is sent to the client and the project is officially closed.
