As an attorney at law and co-founder at Proposition 47, I assist companies and organizations in the areas of information technology, media and culture at the strategic stages of their growth: legal structuring, fundraising, contract negotiation/drafting, and international development. Educated in both US and French law, I am a member of the French and New York bars. I taught international business law at the Business Administration Institute in Aix-en-Provence and served as Head of Legal Affairs for the 2013 European Capital of Culture project.
