2. Due to wide load road limitations in Singapore the Centrifuge support frame was
designed as pre fabricated modular flanged sections which also reduced hot work
requirements during install with consideration for a cold work de mobilization on
completion of contract

3. A total of 8 sacrificial welded anchor pads were fitted and to compensate for deck
deviations the tie brackets were designed to adjust height prior to welding down the
sacrificial Anchor pad, The solids hoppers were pre fabricated and were flanged for ease
of install and de mob multiple spray bars and Teflon sheets fitted internal to ensure the
large volume of solids discharged from the big bowl centrifuges are flushed freely
overboard

4. Positioning and securing the Centrifuge Bowl frames to base frame

5. Positioning and securing the 2 pre fabricated support frames for the Centrifuge Hydraulic
Power packs which will be located on the upper level of the frame

6. Installation of the pre fabricated walk ways / hand rails and access ladder to the
Hydraulic power pack platform,

7. Centrifuge Hydraulic Power Packs positioned and secured on the upper level of support
frame, the only hot work required to get to this stage was the 8 sacrificial anchor pads,
matching flanges for the 2 solids hoppers and deck flanges for the 2 feed tube lines
everything else is flanged and bolted

9. Centrifuge feed pumps positioned and secured Hard pipe suction and
discharge lines with certified crimped flanged jumper hoses on the discharges
