Refers to the vividness of a color
Also called chroma or saturation, refers to
the brightness of a color.

Talks about how light or dark the color is.
SHADE, TINT and TONE refer to value
changes in colors.
TINT - adding white to color
SHADE - adding black to color
TONE – adding gray to color

o Space includes foreground, middle ground, and

o For instance, you may draw one object larger than
