5. RECOMMENDATIONS
• Support language learning BEFORE school starts
• Language Bootcamp?
• Increase language classes during exchange
• ~2-5 hours a week is NOT enough
• Districts should redistribute resources
• Culture Classes → Language Classes
Describe the difference between the two languages. Different language systems, different amounts of time needed to learn either language, etc.
It is not the gateway to understanding a culture, it is the gateway to understanding anything.
