Rossini’s ESA RED SLEEVE has been
specifically engineered and formulated
for rotogravure printing with an
Electrostatic Assist (ESA) system.
The function of the ESA RED SLEEVE
is to eliminate the ionization effect
that occurs with traditional black
rubber compounds with carbon black
as the conductive element.
Sleeve for electrostatic assist printing
with volumetric resistance, surface resistance,
dynamic resistance and insulation values specific
to the ESA systems supplied by Ace, Eltex,
Enulec, Hurletron, RotaDyne and Spengler.
This rubber covering has been certified by:
• ATEX II 2G IIA T4 for Zone 1 use
(classified regulation for printing presses).
• Cerisie (authority for the certification
of elastomers) as non-flammable rubber
compound without a negative charge.
