Job Responsibilities:
Sales Activities
Providing a high level of customer service to assigned clients; giving
client support during all stages of a sale and keeping accurate records of
all sales and prospecting activities.
Liaising with after sales service division to resolve customer complaints
and disputes
Communicating with high profile clients.
Growing existing business relationships and qualifying potential new
customers
Maintaining professional working contact with key suppliers and third
parties.
Providing customers with technical product information.
Writing up email proposals in accordance to the client’s requirements.
Stock planning & management in respect to the division.
Actively involved in technical clarification, review and submission of
technical documents for client approval, orders execution till final
