Job Responsibilities:
Sales Activities
 Providing a high level of customer service to assigned clients; giving
client support during all stages of a sale and keeping accurate records of
all sales and prospecting activities.
 Liaising with after sales service division to resolve customer complaints
and disputes
 Communicating with high profile clients.
 Growing existing business relationships and qualifying potential new
customers
 Maintaining professional working contact with key suppliers and third
parties.
 Providing customers with technical product information.
 Writing up email proposals in accordance to the client’s requirements.
 Stock planning & management in respect to the division.
 Actively involved in technical clarification, review and submission of
technical documents for client approval, orders execution till final
delivery to end Client.
 Prepare reports and update customers on the delivery schedule.
 Coordinating with contracts to review the scope of the job and ensuring
execution as per defined parameters and contracts requirements.
