regulated nuclear power plants, and 5 data centers. Project included migration of 40,000 users across 11
business units to a consolidated domain structure using hybrid waterfall/agile methodology.
 Managed 50 internal employees and 220 contractors across 280 geographic sites.
 Engineered streamlined migration process more than doubling maximum throughput from 360 to 815.
 Coordinated $10M RFP including writing technical requirements and vendor selection process.
 Developed standardized processes, templates, checklists and project plans to ensure successful and
