RA*W-ers have a wide variety of employers,
expertise and experience, but pursue the
same goal:

So we rolled up our sleeves.
Sharpened our knives.
And took matters into our own hands.

IN 3 YEARS..
This is how we started, by hosting sessions
at various advertising agencies. During
these sessions young talents were inspired
by the experienced ‘old hands’.
These sessions have evolved into hands-on
inspiration sessions by great minds from all
corners of the creative industry.
INSPIRATION
SESSIONS
During the RA*W community sessions that we
organise 3-4 times a year, talent can discuss
al kinds of topics with their peers: from
discovering your passion, to salary or setting
career targets.
The RA*W community closed Facebook
group (young talent only!) offers a platform to
share information and questions on a day-to-
day basis.

COMMUNITY
In 2014 we organised our first RA*W LAB.
For 1.5 days, multidisciplinary teams worked
towards innovative, impactful solutions to a
real life business challenge at Red Bull.

CAREER DAY
Ad talent often works really hard, but in the
meantime forgets to tell people what they’re
good at and what their career goals are.
That's why we help them bring their career
building skills to a higher level during 6 x 30
minute sessions at RA*W Career Day.
How about 500+ speakers and over 250
sessions in one week? Every year in June we
pack our bags and attend the Cannes Lions
International Festival of Creativity.
With 28 RA*W Reporters we share the
knowledge, inspiration and energy of the
festival with everyone back home, and even
organise our own private Q&A’s with
international advertising heroes.

UNIVERSITY
All RA*W’s activities focus on young working
talent. Since there was a growing number of
students applying for our sessions, we’ve
launched RA*W University. Sessions intended
to give students an insight in the world of
advertising, and close the gap between study
and first working experience.
The advice we heard over and over was: find
a mentor. But where to start? That’s why we
launched our latest initiative: RA*W
Mentorship, where we team-up experienced
seniors from the creative industry with
ambitious juniors, based on profile and
career goals.
