CHICKEN COGNAC

INGREDIENTS
• 1 Chicken
• ½ Lemon
• ½ A LITTLE CUP OF COGNAC
• 2 Big onions
• Bacon
• Raisins
• Salt
• Olive oil

HOW TO COOK
• Wash, cut and clean the chicken
• Spread lemon over the chicken
• Salt
• Fry the chicken in olive oil.
• Add the cognac

2nd STEP
• Chop the bacon and onions
• Add to the pan

3rd STEP
• Add the raisins.

2. INGREDIENTS • 1 Chicken • ½ Lemon • ½ A LITTLE CUP OF COGNAC • 2 Big onions • Bacon • Raisins • Salt • Olive oil

3. HOW TO COOK • Wash, cut and clean the chicken • Spread lemon over the chicken • Salt • Fry the chicken in olive oil. • Add the cognac

4. 2nd STEP • Chop the bacon and onions • Add to the pan

5. 3rd STEP • Add the raisins.
