I was excited to see your opening for the accounting position
you have posted online, and I hope to be invited for an
interview.
My background includes serving as an A/R Assistant Director
and Billing Specialist within both marketing and IT
environments. Most recently, I worked as a Junior
Accountant at Imagitas, Inc. where my responsibilities
included preparing journal entries; maintaining and
reconciling detailed ledger accounts for monthly financial
close with tight reporting deadlines and assisting the Director
of Credit & Collections with various projects, as requested.
Previously, I worked in the healthcare industry and I was the
Account Receivable Assistant Manager. In these positions, I
demonstrated Strong problem-solving and analysis skills
(such as communicating effectively with Account Managers
to resolve billing issues and Assisting Finance Director and
Controller with Ad Hoc analysis and projects.) I consistently
displayed the ability to independently prioritize and complete
tasks in a structured manner.
In addition to this experience, I have a Bachelor's degree in
Accounting. I also have a broad knowledge of several key
accounting software and possess strong computer
proficiencies in MS Word, MS Excel and CRM database
applications, SAP, Greentree, ADP ezLaborManager and
