 Identify the latest of fashion accessories, seasonal fashion trend style, fabrication, and
color/textile theme.
 Planning budgets and presenting sales forecasts and figure for new ranges.
 Planning product ranges and preparing sales and stock plans.
 Controlling stock levels based on forecast for the season.
 Monitor slow selling product and taking action to reduce prices or set promotions as necessary.
 Analyzing every aspect of bestselling product and ensuring that bestsellers reach their full
potential.

code, create product descriptions.
 Allocation stock planning for new merchandise, maintain stock item, reduce price for slow
moving merchandise and set promotion if necessary.
 Identifying production and supply difficulties and dealing with any problems or delays as they
arise.
