During my 10 years at HP Indigo, I have worked in the following positions, sometimes in parallel:
WW Technical Support - Training Department - Project Management
• Building tools for collecting and sharing technical information for Engineers and various groups around the world.
• Optimizing and improving training processes and methodology using a combination of interactive learning tools.
• Creating and distributing marketing newsletters, public opinion research, design, analysis and distribution of reports.
• Monitoring training implementation WW – managing DL’s, permissions, courses
WW Technical Support - Print Care - Product Management
• Characterizing and defining product requirements on a detailed level and building a strategic plan with the R&D.
• Ongoing analysis of the market and customer needs, as well as initiating and building executive reports.
• Marketing and rebranding the product with various stake holders inside the organization.
DRUPA Trade Show & IPEX Trade Show Executive Project Manager 2 most important event
• Managing and leading the project teams whilst at all times managing the triple constraints of scope, time and cost.
• Focal point for all logistics handling and preparation.
• Responsibility of multiple related projects directed toward the Trade show objectives.
• Monitoring the entire trade show budget (~18M), follow-up on deviations, working with different
suppliers WW and preparation of periodic reports for the events’ management.
• Building and initiating the necessary functions required before, during and after the trade shows, and
assigning /allocating the right people to manage each function.
• Providing administrative services throughout the trade show for employees, customers, channel
partners such as meeting arrangements, call services, events.
Labels & Packaging Marketing Project Manager
• Responsibility for cost, price and eligibility for the projects
• Planning, scheduling and implementing marketing, sales development and communications projects.
• Coordinating work with external vendors and agencies providing services for marketing projects.
• Monitoring workflow and deadlines with the help of setting timelines and priorities for the teams.
• Simultaneously priorities and organized multiple projects.
Sales and marketing coordinator
• Follow up of the sales process: from the initial contact with the company’s representative, through a demo at
the company site up to the contract signing.
• Closing financial sales cycle aspects, providing status reports until product installation at customer site.
• Supporting customers marketing events and early stages, starting from the moment of purchase, by
organizing private events or inviting them to big events, which take place in the relevant markets.
Admin Assistant to VP & CEO
• Coordinating visits of current and potential customers and executive board meetings in Israel.
• Organizing company event such as “IPG Power Expo”, quarterly “Coffee Talk” meetings and Monthly
WW Broadcasting updates from HP management.
• Support the personal assistant of the VP & CEO on daily basis.
