Since July 2010 JSW Energy Limited As Asst. Engineer (O&M) BARMER (8 X
135 MW)
Presently Working as Asst. Engineer (O&M) Mechanical Maintenance for 1080 MW Power
Plant. Plant is supplied by the china consisting of CFBC Boiler of 410TPH make DONG
FANG Boiler and Turbine of 135 MW make DEC. Cooling tower from Paharpur Ash
Handling System from Macaber Beekay.
Presently Looking after the complete maintenance of Boiler & BOP Section of 1080
MW (8 X 135 MW) Power Plant
▪ Carried out the complete Annual Overhauling of Boilers in Stipulated time frame.
▪ Various jobs carried out during the annual overhauling such as Pressure part
replacement, ( Carbon Steel , P11 , T22 T23 and T91 MOC) , slag cooler, modification
work in seal boxes, Refractory modification inside furnace for reduce tube leakage.
▪ Second pass shielding work.

2. ▪ Repair of cyclone vortex and its supports
▪ Carried out break down of tube leakages in first pass and Second pass.
▪ Air Pre heater tube replacement work.
▪ Find out the various causes of the tube leakages and the rectification work in furnace
to reduce the tube leakage break down.
▪ Started with Project dept. In erection and commissioning of unit# 7 boiler as
engineer in charge so the same. Developing spare parts of boiler and fabrication
of ducting.
Major Achievements during the Jobs.
01 Successfully completed erection and commissioning of U#7 boiler.
02 Successfully achieved the reliability in running of boilers for 5 months
without tube failure in CFBC boiler.
03 Awarded by company for excellence in improving reliability of Pressure
part.
April 2009 to June 2010 Dapson engineers Pvt. Ltd. As Project engineer in
Tuticorin (3 x 64 MW), Nagpur (4 x 62 MW)
Erection of 1st units in both the plants.
Looked after erection and commissioning of the same.
Coordination with the client for proper and progressive erection.
Managed site in Nagpur as acting site in charge.
Managing and preparing IBR documents for inspection of pressure parts.
Worked in Pressure part, ducting, coal bunker and Structure section of both Nagpur and
Tuticorin Plants.
Successfully completed the erection and commissioning of the units in given time frame.
Awarded by Company for hard work by Promoting from project engineer to site in
charge.
September 2008 to March 2009 Maytas infra limited as DTE in Chandrapur (2 x 60
MW rejected coal thermal power plant)
