 Developed with Accor (new owner) and management a multi-brand global IT strategy and roadmap.
 Upgrade and Migration of the Red Roof Brand into Oracle Financials, including creation of Property Daily Reporting
repository to automate financials and foundation for Business Analytics.
 Upgrade and integration of Revenue Reservations application for Motel6 and Studio6 brands into Red Roof Inn
developed Reservation system (call center, distribution, and websites).
 Upgrade and Migration of the Motel6 and Studio6 brands into PeopleSoft HR/Payroll/Benefits application.
 Worked with Property Management Group in migration of Motel6/Studio6 to Accor Property Management System (FOLS
– Front Office Light System), including integration into Reservation and Distribution systems.
 Led efforts in creation and support of PCI/IT Security for company.
 Upgraded existing Red Roof Credit card secure application to lower costs and improved check-in processes for
Motel6/Studio6 guests and business process.
