I am an experienced IT consultant, troubleshooter, change manager, trainer and
coach. Change and efficiency are what makes me tick. Change is realized with
passion, without fuss and hullaboo.
Critical understanding questions such as “why” or “why not” I raise at the right
moment. I seek to really get and understand the issues so we put the right
change in motion. I apply standard methodologies to resolve incidents and
identify problems. The changes & releases I deliver make sense. My experience
as trainer and coach are put to use to support people with change, both
