OVERVIEW OF PROFESSIONAL INVOLVEMENT:
Having been in the Security Industry for 11 years, I have handled the position of an Officer – in – Charge
of the Security Department, Team Leader, Security Officer, Head of the Security and a Security
Investigator. I have been directly responsible for the formulation of the Program of Instruction for Security
Staff as well as the Safety and Security orientation for the newly hired employees. I have supervised more

a forty-four storey Hotel/Condominium under a Singaporean company based in Makati City, Philippines.

 Creates and revise Security Policies & Procedures for Fraser Place Serviced Place Serviced
Residences with the approval of the General Manager.
 Oversees the entire Security Operations of Fraser Place Manila and reports all security matters
directly to the General Manager of Fraser Place Manila
 Directly supervise all administrative and disciplinary matters pertaining to all security staff and
ranks.
 In – charge in reviewing all investigation reports.
 Coordinates with Government agencies such as the Philippine National Police, National Bureau of
