3. A little about me
I’ve had multiple dream jobs throughout my life. I would watch true crime shows and CSI: Crime
Scene Investigation and CSI: Miami all the time with my mum when I was younger, which then
sparked my interest into forensic science. However, it very quickly fizzled out as I got more into
my creative passions like drawing and writing.
My main dream job that I aspire to become one day is an animator, 3D or 2D, in particular
working for Pixar. I like to write pieces that spark emotion and Pixar is famous for this reason in
particular with films like Up, Coco, WALL-E, and so on. I have problems with perfectionism so
this job would probably be difficult for me, but I would enjoy the challenge.
A final job that I’d been thinking about in recent times is a tattoo artist. I’ve always loved tattoos
and the insane pieces of art people can get put onto their bodies, plus I’d be able to get free
tattoos in the process. To take this career more seriously however, I’d have to focus on
improving my drawing and creative skills.

4. A little about
me
Film is a passion of mine. I like to listen to analyses on intricate films to
see how the filmmakers came about creating their works, and to see if
their methods could influence my own. Despite loving film so much, I
rarely watch films unless I really want to see them. My favourites span
many genres. Some of them consist of Scott Pilgrim vs the World,
Scream (the first one), It: chapter 1, Princess and the Frog, Howl’s
Moving Castle, and a few others. I enjoy coming up with character
concepts as well as film ideas, although nothing comes from them
normally.
Another hobby of mine is playing video games, card games, and board
games. A few of my all-time favourite games are Death Stranding,
World of Warcraft, Horizon Zero Dawn, Breath of the Wild, Magic the
Gathering, Animal Crossing, Gloomhaven, Smash Up, and other
miscellaneous games. I’ve been playing games, both virtual and real,
for the majority of my life as my brothers and dad have influenced me
an incredible amount. I also enjoy watching other people play games, in
particular the YouTube/twitch series, Critical Role, in which a group of
voice actors play a Dungeons and Dragons campaign.

on time. The extra qualifications
would also help tremendously if I
were to go to university

10. Something I am really proud of
When I was in year 11, I put a lot of effort into my art subject and
spent a lot of free time and lesson time working on my final piece
and my artbook. It was draining to do but I passed with a D* so I’m
happy that I put the amount of effort and time into it that I did.

I failed my German exam in
high school immensely and
wish that I had taken the class
at least semi-seriously during
year 11. The class was always
joking and laughing with each
other but in the end I didn’t
know any German whatsoever.
