– Chin tucked in towards spine
– Hold the phone in one hand when in use – or use head set

– Elbows relaxed and close to the ribs
– Keyboard in line with sternum so elbows and forearms
can remain in a 90 degree angle close to the body

– Use same ergonomic principles as a computer
– Use a laptop stand and set up laptop screen with a monitor
– Set up the height of the laptop stand to ensure it suits your chair
position
– Use separate keyboard and mouse
