EXPERIENCE
Director of Strategic Marketing Elbit Systems of America, Fort Worth, Texas
Director Strategic Marketing since October 2013. Role includes responsibility for leading marketing activities for
the company’s major campaigns as it relates to integration and coordination with Elbit Systems Ltd. (ESL) and its
subsidiaries outside the United States.
Director of Logistics (COO) United States Forces and United Nations Command, Republic of Korea
Logistics leader for US Forces in Korea maintaining readiness of 1.3 million personnel for US, Republic of Korea
and the United Nations Command Support Forces. Managed budgets from $1M to $1B.
Led a multinational logistics planning effort to validate contingency and war plans, maximizing ROK, sixteen
coalitions nations and the US resources to ensure the readiness of the forces.
Provided the resources necessary to support a combined force of over one million in South Korea focused on
countering North Korean hostilities.
Led budget negotiations between the US Department of Defense and Korea Ministry of National Defense and
secured written commitment from the host government to provide logistics support to US forces valued at
$263.7 M annually.

Focused and synchronized resources for 20,000 personnel supporting worldwide customer requirements. Provided
complex worldwide logistics capabilities to combat operations in Iraq and Afghanistan and seven US regions.
Selected to lead the first US military response and relocated the headquarters,personneland equipment to
Haiti during their humanitarian crisis.
Oversaw the leadership development and professional character of 5,500 Soldiers in 56 different
organizations supporting combat and peacetime operations.
Chief of Logistics (COO) Multinational Forces Iraq, Bagdad,Iraq
Led execution of sustainment operations for 280,000 multinational forces and the rebuilding of Iraq transportation
operations following combat operations.
Developed a two-year plan to drawdown military and contracting capabilities supporting operations in Iraq.
The plan exceeded the requirements of the President’s directive for the drawdown of US military forces.
The plan is now the model for the drawdown in Afghanistan.
Planned and executed the movement of 1.2 million pieces of equipment, 140,000 soldiers and 130,000
contractorpersonnel from Iraq in 18 months.
Developed the Iraqi Railroad (IRR) and Iraqi Transportation Network to support the rebuilding of the
nation. Additionally, in conjunction with the US Embassy, developed the countries business model to
support the reconstruction of the nations highway infrastructure.
