Accomplishments
My biggest accomplishments was to turn a focus store in the market to a successful store. The store I was
in changed of was not kept to proper company standard. The backroom processes was not being kept and
proper cross mechanizing to increase sales was not done. There was a spike of 20 percents sale and profit
increase from the prior years. The organization in the backroom was set in a way that we were able to load
the pallets in the warehouse without no complication.
