It is with great pleasure that I write this letter of reference for Robert Olsen. I first met
Robert in 2012 at Lakewood Country Club, where Robert was employed in various
capacities. I have recently relocated, but I served as the clubs Catering Director for 3
years, a time that I saw tremendous growth in Robert’s abilities and his willingness to
jump in and roll up his sleeves and get the job done.
I cannot say enough about Robert’s work ethic. Once engaged in a project or a task, he
focuses his energy on it and drives it to completion. He has incredible energy and is loyal
beyond reproach. Anything I have ever asked him to do, he has done so without
hesitation or question even if it meant altering his plans or schedule. Robert is the
epitome of a true team player.
Robert has always been available to talk or to help guide a fellow team member, I have
watched Robert interact with many team members and he is always able to provide sound
advice, project a steady and sensitive demeanor and to guide people down the path of
success.
Without a doubt, if I were looking to fill a role in my operation that revolved around
service, Robert would be one of the few people that I would reach out to. I am not only
confident in his abilities to handle this type of position, but he is one of those rare few
that you can just the “keys” to and watch them assume command and deliver success.
