SKIM MILK POWDER

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION:
A high quality milk powder produced by the concentration of the milk solids by evaporation and
drying in a modern Niro atomizer plant.
APLICATIONS:
The powder can be used in the fortification of yogurt milks, desserts, sauces and gravies ideal for
the use in milk chocolates and ice cream mixes, and a good ingredient for the bakery industry as
well as in the recombining industry.
CHARACTERISTICS:
The product gives an ideal form to boost the mouth feel and flavour and mount feel in chocolates
and confections, and assists the creaminess and mouth feel in ice cream and desserts and help in
the water binding within the mix.

Medium Heat 1.5 – 5.9 ‘ml / gm
High Heat < 1.5 ‘ml / mg
Milk powder should be mixed 100 gm of powder with 1Ltr of water. The flavour improves after
standing overnight under refrigeration.
