I provide EHS training leadership, development and delivery for industry leaders in mariner
fleet transportation and safety training. I have trained in most EHS subjects that include
conflict resolution, pollution, onshore and vessel safety operations, etc.
I am an educational and corporate instructional trainer whose career reflects 25+ years of
expertise driving the implementation of technical and safety training and course
development. Expert at managing a classroom environment, streamlining course
development, and providing an informative and interactive learning environment for adult
and student education.

Quality, Health, Safety, Security and Environment Training Coordinator
Position developed and recruited to provide training management leadership and direction
for the training department and to complete training coordination efforts.
-Acknowledged as subject matter expert and provide training on numerous topics and
course requirements for business and mariner safety, leadership, cost containment, OSHA
compliance, etc. for shore-side and vessel personnel within the Company's Safety
Management systems.
Develop and post-training curriculum/modules into the Learning Management System used
by fleet and accessed through the organization's Intranet.
- Track and monitor weekly and monthly training initiatives for 72 offshore supply vessels
as well as development of incident reports; create training modules including Near Misses
and Behavior Based Safety, etc.
- Develop PowerPoint lesson plans and training modules that complement visual and
auditory learners and expand on adult learning experiences providing greater adult
retention of lessons learned.
KEY HIGHLIGHTS
- Teach thousands of shore-side and mariners on safety, CPR/AED/First Aid, vessel
security and current legislation regarding environmental law.
- Traveled to Romania, Mexico, and Trinidad to introduce third-party nationals to U.S.
safety standards.
- Develop and deliver 60+ training modules with many that comply with BSEE and OSHA
safety training requirements including a 60-minute drug and alcohol supervisory module
complying with CFR's governing offshore supply vessels.
- Received Coast Guard approval for one course saving money in training design concepts
—Leadership and Management, a new course requirement for all management personnel on
vessels .
