3. • The double page spread on the Q magazine has the main image for the article
taking up one whole page.
• It is split into two large columns on the right hand page that feature two drop caps.
• It has a quote situated below the main image from that person along with a caption
of the image.
• It also has the magazine title with the page number, interviewer and photographer
in small writing at the bottom of the page. That the start of the article it also has a
stand first.
• Also the double page spread still incorporates the house style of Q magazine.

5. • The NME double page spread is split into two columns of text and the rest of the
two pages is the main image of who the article is about.
• The main image covers one and a half sides of the DPS and is overlapping
content.
• The DPS does not follow the house style of NME but the colour scheme and font
still have the connotations of a rock magazine.
• At the sort of each paragraph it features a drop cap in the same colour as strips of
the DPS.
• In the bottom right hand corner of the page it features the page number and the
magazine name. It does not feature a photographer or interviewers name or there
website address.

7. • The double page spread of kerrang features two minor columns.
• It contains one main image and three smaller images below to show additional
content to the readers.
• The DPS does follow kerrangs house style of white, red and black and its same font.
This shows professional magazine and consistency.
• Also the DPS has the page number and interviewer and photographers name in the
bottom of the page.
• It also uses a quote from the band as a title for the DPS to interest the reader in the
article.
• It also contains a drop cap at the start of the article to pinpoint where it begins.
• The DPS also keeps with the house style by keeping it cluttered and with a dark
colour scheme.
