2. This screenshot shows you my first picture, it is my landscape image. It shows
what the image after I have uploaded it onto Photoshop and got all the basic
starting editing out of the way. Nothing has been added to the image yet it is
just the image in its plain form.
3. The next thing I did to the original photograph was add the text into the image. I
used the font “Segoe Print”. I changed the size so it was a lot smaller and didn’t
take up much space and I changed the colour to a dark green so it matches the
overall colour scheme of the background.
4. On this screenshot I have zoomed the picture in slightly and have added in my
charity’s logo. So far I haven’t moved the logo into a certain position, I have
however, slightly edited it by erasing some markings that were originally on it, I
removed them as it made it look fairly messy.
5. On this image I have repositioned the logo and slogan. I experimented with
different colours for the slogan and different positions to see where it would fit
best and look a bit more natural. I have positioned the logo in its final position,
in the top right. I placed it there as I felt that’s where it could be out of the
way and not drawing attention away from the main subject. I also made it more
transparent as I felt its white colour was too strong for the overall colour
scheme of the main photograph.
6. For this screenshot I have just simply experimented with the slogan a bit more
as it was quite difficult to find the perfect colour and position for it as
everything felt off. I changed the green to a more lime-like colour, then
positioned it just to the top left of the main subject.
7. This is the final screenshot I have for this photograph. The slogan had been
positioned into the bottom left and changed back to a darker green. The main
subject had been positioned very slightly to the right of the image as I didn’t
want it exactly in the centre. This is what I have currently left the image as.
8. This is my first portrait image. This is the image as soon as I have uploaded it
and placed it onto the correct page. So far nothing has been edited.
9. In this screengrab I have stretched out the image and positioned it correctly
onto the page.
10. In this image I have used the spot healing brush to get rid of the Adidas logo as I
am not able to use any company’s logo in my photos without permission.
11. For this image I have once again used the spot healing brush and this time I
have used it to smoothen out the jeans. Since there was originally a large
phone outline as Jordan had his phone in his pocket so I smoothened it out to
make it look a bit better.
12. For this image I have added the slogan and the logo and used the soft healing
brush to get rid of Jordan's earphone wire. I have placed the slogan in the top
left and the logo in the bottom left. The slogan is in a sort of pink colour
because I wanted it to sort of fit in with the flowers in the background however,
I didn’t want it to be the exact colour I just wanted it to be within the same
colour range. I placed it in the top left so its out of the way and doesn’t take
any attention away from the main subject. I edited the logo quite a bit, I placed
it out of the way and edited out the white background because I felt that it was
too distracting.
13. For this image I have just edited the logo, I have decreased the fill and opacity. I
felt that the red was too bright and it just wasn’t very nice on the eyes, so I
decreased the opacity to make it easier to look at and less distracting.
