After starting a software development career in Australia, I soon discovered that how I was working with people was more important to me than what I was working on. This led me to discover software processes like Scrum and XP that have aspirational and human values at their core. After moving to London 8 years ago I started improvised theatre, which introduced me to people who were facilitating organisational change – something that was so clearly needed in most of the workplaces I had encountered. Through these connections I soon got the opportunity to facilitate varied workshops in collaboration, idea building, and presentation skills. This has lead to myself starting my own practice .
