Tagit - a mobile app development company - was looking for an UX partner to
develop the latest health application for Sport Singapore. The app fits in a
Singapore government long initiative to promote the ownership & participation
of an active lifestyle for all Singaporeans.
OUR MISSION
We spent almost a year designing this App and went through these 3 following
phases of the UX process
01. Research to create an informed user experience;

CLIENT
China Bank is the first chinese bank in the Philippines and they are going
through a digital transformation which includes shaping their approach of
online banking.
OUR MISSION
We spent 6 months designing this App (which was developed by Tagit) with
back and forth meetings and presentations in Manila. Security and the
implementation of new ways of payment islandwide were our main focus
during our usual UX process.

CLIENT
Nugit delivers a platform that aggregates digital marketing metrics and provide
marketers with interactive bite-sized insights on how to make digital marketing
more effective.
OUR MISSION
Pixel Tie worked closely with Nugit for more than 4 months to improve the
platform from its onboarding process to its stickiness.
This included defining the goals of the project and doing research. Then came
the analysis phase to draw insights from data collected previously. We created
personas and scenarios and we drove usability testing to understand as much
as possible the user and its end goal when using the platform. Next step was
to redesign the application in a collaborative way -involving input and ideas
from different people- through workflows, wireframes and prototypes. And
then, we tested the application with customers feedback session.

Buchanan Group’s website ‘Home Tester Club’ is present in 14 countries and 4
different languages with more than 550,000 global members.
OUR MISSION
The main objectives of this project were to (1) Increase their audience through
a multi-device compatible website, (2) Engage their audience with an improved
User-Experience (UX), (3) Retain member loyalty as a result of a more
appealing website revamp and better UX.
We revamped the website to make the general look and feel more attractive
and to keep consistency throughout the whole website. This included defining
fonts, colours, icons, buttons and any other styles used on the website. We ran
usability testing to implement a stronger User Experience through these 3 main
criteria: 1) Human psychology, 2) Logic and problem solving and 3) Simplicity.

Direct Asia is an Award-winning direct lines insurer for Car Insurance,
Motorcycle Insurance and Travel Insurance.
OUR MISSION
As part of being their partner agency for content strategy, we delivered a clear
plan for their content marketing strategy to increase the engagement of the
content produced.
We produced a variety of content showcasing the client’s different products,
including travel, car and motorcycle insurance. Formats of content include blog
posts, infographics and videos, published on DirectAsia’s website and
Facebook. With a consistent and well-thought content plan, we managed to
increase their organic reach, direct visits and social media engagement. Over
time, the content strategy has also helped in converting more clients and
ultimately, driving more sales.

OUR MISSION
The company was looking for a partner to help provide educational articles on
their site regularly, as well as upload the content and publish on their website
and on their Facebook page.
We helped Moneyline to plan their monthly editorial calendar with a mix of
content that surrounds products, promotions, seasonal trends, current trending
issues and news, as well as educational articles to build their brand credibility.

OUR MISSION
Pixel Tie provided articles that answered to the client’s needs: product

As the company specialises in life and health insurance, they were looking for
a content partner with experience in writing for this subject. Specifically, they

Hootsuite, a social media management platform, was looking for an agency to
work with on creative digital campaigns.
OUR MISSION
Keeping in mind the style of Hootsuite’s brand logo, we worked on a
“Superheros” campaign aligned towards the movie launch of Marvel’s
Avengers in Singapore. The icons for this campaign were designed to
communicate the ‘superpowers’ needed by these corporate warriors to
manage their social media campaigns.
Pixel Tie also produced a couple of ad campaigns for Hootsuite on different
