customers or prospects
 It is also called Goodwill letters
 The main functions is to convey a friendly message that build goodwill and
brightens the images of the organization
 Public Relations letters do not bring any immediate rewards
 Since Public Relations letters is received unexpectedly it is not forgotten
easily
 The message contained in it remains at the back of mind

 Message must carry a genuine touch of happiness
