TEACHERS ROLE AS AN EDUCATOR
The demand for well-trained professors in education has resulted in the rapid
advancement of accredited teaching. Everyone agrees that accredited teaching
is a critical component of the educational system. Teachers play an essential
role in the learning process. Because their abilities are crucial, they must be
well-trained. Education investments include monetary resources and spiritual
and professional guidance for future generations.Teachers are the primary
motivators for students' academic success. Teachers' performance generally
determines the quality of education and the overall performance of the
students they train.Teachers should therefore receive the best education
possible so they can teach students in the best possible way.
It is well known that the quality of teachers and the quality of teaching are two of the most critical factors that shape students' learning and
social and academic growth. Quality training will ensure, to a large extent, that teachers are of exceptionally high quality, capable of managing
classrooms and facilitating learning.
Why is teaching still tricky? Children are still children, with all of the challenges of yesteryear - discipline, attention, self-esteem, peer and
parental pressure, and homework. Another significant challenge is that today's students live in a large global village with significant global
problems. In this new world, information is transmitted at breakneck speed from all corners. This high-speed digital highway impacts almost
every aspect of their society. High-speed data collection, storage, and processing have forever changed how we do business in financial services,
health care, the military, government services, and transportation, to name a few industries.

This technological tsunami has now arrived in the classroom, revolutionizing how teachers teach and students learn. What is causing this? Front-
line teachers and students now have access to computers, cell phones, digital whiteboards, student response systems, projectors, the Internet,
portable media players, software, and email.
What can we do with today's technology?
o Access information in various formats at any time and from any location.

o Instantly translate words from one language to another.

o Use satellite images to supplement geography lessons.

o Use webcams around the world to examine our living planet or to interact with other classrooms.

o Using digital tools, assess student knowledge and adjust lessons accordingly.

o Access the world's news programs, newspapers, libraries, and museums with a single tap.
Preparing students to be citizens in this fast-paced world is a major
undertaking. As a first step, educators must begin teaching their students about
the technology tools they will use as future leaders and problem solvers.
Schools must prepare front-line teachers to implement technology in the
classroom. The book 6 Steps to Success in Teaching with Technology assists
teachers in learning about, adapting to, and embracing technology.
Step 1: Determine Why Before an educator can begin to incorporate
technology into her classroom effectively, she must first believe. Therefore,
step 1 discusses the advantages of integrating technology into the classroom.
Step 2: Modify Two changes must occur for technology-enhanced teaching to be successful. First, technology must adapt to teachers, and
teachers must adapt to technology.
Step 3: Make a plan. A good goal is essential for success. Step 3 prepares teachers for the world of Teaching with Technology by going over
crucial planning questions.
Step 4: Complete Your Homework Before spending money, teachers should research their technology options. Step 4 provides an overview of
today's classrooms' most commonly used hardware and software.
Step 5: Effectively Implement Having the most up-to-date technology in your classroom may appear impressive, but you must be able to use it
to deliver quality lessons. Step 5 explains how to accomplish this.
Step 6: Stay Current Every day, technology evolves. Keeping track of this moving target is difficult for busy teachers. Step 6 demonstrates how
teachers can keep up with the latest changes in educational technology.
Code of Ethics for Teachers:

A great teacher must keep up with technology and follow the code of conduct as a teacher. First, one must understand what is right and wrong.
Ethics is a set of moral standards by which individuals should be guided in their personal and professional lives. It teaches us what is right and
wrong and how to live righteous lives. The teaching profession, like many others, has its code of ethics that describes the process of grading
students' and teachers' behavior in and out of the classroom. It is one of the few professions that assess an individual's overall behavior and its
potential impact on others, in this case, students. Some of the rules of conduct you should follow are as follows:
* Admit it if you don't know the answer. Do not attempt to bluff. There will
be times when you will be unable to answer questions. Find the correct answer
as soon as possible, and then share it with the class as soon as possible.
* Keep your comments professional and relevant to the classroom. Use no
profanity or obscenity. One of the quickest ways to lose your students' respect
is to use profane or obscene language.
* Take your time. Keep in mind that not everyone learns in the same way or at
the same rate.
* Handle frustration. While it is easy to become frustrated with someone who
is struggling with seemingly simple material, never let your frustration show.
If all else fails, take a break to relax or consult with other teachers to come up with another solution to the problem. Remember that in most
cases, students sincerely attempt to comprehend what is being taught. It is your responsibility to find a way to assist them.
* Keep in touch with students. Another way to lose your students' respect is to use sarcasm. Sarcasm, directed at a single person or the entire
group, is never appropriate.
* Show students courtesy. Everyone you train should feel that you genuinely care about their efforts to learn. Even though your students will
lack your knowledge and experience, you should consider them to be physically, mentally, and emotionally mature.
Finally, it is young people whose personalities and knowledge of the world are still developing and whose individual tendencies and
characteristics are the most vulnerable to and affected by any negative influence. When discussing teacher ethics, there are two levels to consider.
